The occasion is unique: A historic trackday created for historic racecars, prototypes, singleseaters and vintage road cars only, with no noise restrictions. The goal of this Trackday Charade is to gather the most beautiful classic road and racecars that aren’t usually authorised to drive on the Charade circuit outside of competitions. Classic Racing School will make its vintage lounge available to all drivers for an authentic and friendly atmosphere, all with a 60’s vibe.
Catering has always been something we take seriously at Classic Racing School: we’ve always felt like catering at racetracks always left a lot to be desired. So for this historic Trackday Charade we’ve made our local caterer available to serve a high quality lunch, comprising of entrée, main and dessert, for 30€ vat inc, per person. Our trackside lounge and pitlane will be the perfect place to relax in between sessions, and enjoy a friendly atmosphere, between 12h00 and 14h00.
An end of day barbecue will also be happening at the end of the day at our lounge, for 20€ vat inc. per person.
For those that would like to take advantage of our instructor team, our seasoned coaches will be available. Pierre Sancinéna (Alpine Cup and GT4 Europe 2018 Champion), Stéphane Brunetti (Formula Ford Historic Tour driver) and Malivaï Castelli (Historic Tour Driver) will be this day’s experienced trio to give you all the driving tips you need, that know the Charade circuit like the back of their hands.
A monument of the golden age of motorsports, Charade started out as a road based race with drivers like Jim Clark, Jackie Stewart and Jochen Rindt conquering it. Today, with a length of 4kms and full of elevation changes and epic corners, all whilst being in the middle of the Auvergne regional volcano park, it’s guaranteed to give you the thrills you seek.
